2.如果我是远大公司的管理层,我会进行如下分析.首先,远大公司的核心竞争力在哪里?他旗下有三家公司,房地产开发公司、建筑公司、贸易公司.那么,现在我认为,远大公司必须进行转型,必须向房地产开发的方向转变.房地产开发可以为旗下的建筑公司（房产的建筑）和贸易公司（建筑材料的采购）提供商业机会.同时,房地产开发方面也是利润率最大的,目前市场.
