Abstract
Culture is one of the most important parts of a nation, and it also plays the important role helping the development of human civilization. Under the background of economic globalization, culture globalization has been gradually established in the past, cultural communication between China and American has been becoming more and more frequent. During the cultural communication of two countries, cultural collision and impact of each other are unavoidable. More and more Chinese people are influenced by American culture as well.
Taking any index from clothes to food, music to TV shows, the massive presence of American cultural goods can be found in every corner of China. Among these people, Chinese teenagers are getting this culture impact more deeply. Teenagers are the most active group of the society. They are easy to accept new ideas and are eager to try new things. This paper will focus on American culture’s impact on Chinese teenagers in detailed aspects under the background of the cultural communication between China and America. 摘 要
文化是一个民族必要的组成部分之一，也是一个民族孕育一种文明的基础。在全球经济化的推动下，文化全球化也逐渐建立起来，中美两国的文化交流也日益增多，在两国的文化交流中，文化的冲击与碰撞也日益突显出来。越来越多的中国人开始受到美国文化的影响。
从服装到餐饮，从音乐到电视节目，美国文化对中国人的影响体现在方方面面，在这些人中，中国青少年受到的影响最为强烈。青少年是中国社会中最具活力的特殊群体，喜欢新鲜事物，渴望体验不同的生活。本篇论文旨在阐述在中美文化交流日益加深的背景下，美国文化对中国青少年的影响，以及这种文化的具体影响表现在哪些方面。

1. Introduction
In the early 1830s, America and China had cultural transmissions. From the end of the 19th century to the middle of 20th century, some Chinese students chose to study and work in the United States. With the appearance and development of economic globalization, cultural globalization started as well. Therefore, people come to attach more importance to cultural relations between different countries. China and America have a close relationship with each other in many areas, politics, economy and especially culture communication. The culture impact and collision between China and America is becoming more and more prominent. Nowadays, more and more Chinese people are influenced by American culture in every aspect. Chinese teenagers have been influenced the most, especially in the ways of diet, dressing style and leisure activities.
This paper attempts to explore the cultural differences between America and China. Because of the differences, this paper aims at giving an analysis of American culture’s impact on Chinese teenagers.
This paper will firstly give a brief explanation on the features of American culture and Chinese culture. Secondly, this paper will try to demonstrate the detailed description on cultural communication between China and America. Under the cultural differences and impacts of American culture on China, the fourth part will offer an overview of how the American culture has influenced Chinese teenagers. This part will deal with the aspect of diet, the aspect of dressing style and the aspect of leisure activities. Finally, a conclusion will be made of this paper.
2. Brief explanation on the features of American culture and Chinese culture
Mass culture came into being as a culture phenomenon in the west in the 1930s or 1940s. From the beginning, it has been developing quickly because of its features, such as its 5
