我是在宾馆前台上班,我们要每个人每天上八个小时,一共是五个人,每班必须保证两人当班,怎么排班?

宾馆估计是一周7天24小时营业,而且必须保证两人当班,一周需要的工时数是7x24x2=336工时
如果只有5人,每人每周要上336/5=67.2工时,如果每周有一天休息,则每天每人要工作67.2/6=11.2小时,天天上班不休息的话每天工作67.2/7=9.6小时
根据现在的劳动法,每周只能上40小时,每月加班不超过36小时的话,只能招336/48=7人才能满足基本用工要求,比较常用的办法是招8人,每班两个人,每人上6天休两天,每月有10小时加班
