自我介绍，在现在更多地是为了推销自己，不管目的是表达自我，简单的认识，深层次交友，还是社会的面试。一个创新的，优秀的自我介绍往往会带来不错的收获，带给他人美好的第一印象。
自我介绍，一般的有几个要素：姓名、籍贯、职业、爱好等等。
一、名字
要学会如何艺术的介绍自己的名字，有下列几种方法：
1、赋予名字积极的意义。
如：赵杰，这个名字，如果说：赵，是走之旁，加一个叉，杰是木字下面四点。这样就一般了。没有新意。
如果说：赵，是赵钱孙李的赵，百家姓中第一姓，杰，是英雄豪杰的杰，我的理想就是要做一个堂堂正正的英雄豪杰，不枉第一姓的称呼。
2、故事法，讲明名字的来历或者编一个关于名字的故事，也是比较好的方法。
如：孙迎菊，可以这样介绍：
我叫孙迎菊，据我妈妈讲，在我出生的那天，我家窗台的一那盆菊花一夜之间就绽放出来，于是我妈妈就给我起了这个一个名字。 再如：涂忆洪，可以这样介绍：
我叫涂忆洪，洪，是洪水的洪。在我出生那年，我们家乡发生了洪涝灾害，国家损失惨重，我爸爸不顾我刚刚出生，就去参加了抗洪救灾工作。因此，我妈妈就为我起了：忆洪这个名字，希望我们能够时刻想起那段艰难的岁月，珍惜现在美好的时光。
3、与名人挂钩。与名人挂钩，可以利用名人效应，让别人更容易记
起自己。
比如，有一位同学，叫：周江平，他是这样介绍的：
我叫周江平，周是周恩来的周，江是江泽民的江，平是邓小平的平。三位伟人都是我最崇拜的偶像，因此，我时时刻刻都把偶像挂在嘴边，鞭策自己做一个对社会有益的人。
4、谐音法。利用谐音也能很好的给人留下想象的空间，留有余味。 如，我们刚才讲的：邢芸，这个名字，就可以这样子介绍，效果就好多了：
我叫邢芸，芸是芸芸众生的芸。我告诉大家一个秘密，你们要经常喊我的名字，你们就会得到好运。因为我的名字的谐音就是：幸运！请大家记住我，我会带给你们幸运的！
再如：刘学，这个名字，就可以这样介绍：
大家好，我叫刘学，刘是刘少奇的刘，学是学习的习。我叫刘学，但从小学到大学，我并没有留过级，而后来，我确实去美国留学了半年，现在可谓：名副其实啊！
5、图像法。就是营造一种图像，让别人想象一下，这样更能人记住你的名字。
比如：余江雁，这个名字，就可以这样介绍：
大家好，我叫余江雁，请大家想象一下，在长江上空，有一只大雁在飞翔，搏击长空，那就是我，余就是我的意思啊。请大家记住我的名字：长江上空的一只翱翔的大雁。创意英文自我介绍。
6、和地名挂钩。和自己相关的地方挂钩，既让对方记住了自己的名
字，又能知道一些其他信息。
比如：李淮河，可以这样子介绍：
我姓李，来自江苏，在秦淮河边长大，因此我名字就叫做：李淮河。
7、调侃法。有些场合用一些调侃自己的方式，给人以轻松的记忆，效果也是非常好的。
比如：秦珅，这个名字，可以这样介绍：
我叫秦珅，秦是秦桧的秦，珅是和珅的珅，虽然这两位都是大奸臣，但我其实是个大的好人。心地善良，有情有义，既和秦桧无缘，也与和珅不沾边，希望大家记住我，也请相信我，一个大好人：秦珅。 再如，宋德让，这个名字，有人这样介绍：

二、籍贯
介绍籍贯，有下面几种方法：
1、与当地的人文历史挂钩。
例如：
扬州：我来自江苏扬州出美女，扬州自古出美女，扬州八怪名闻天下，扬州又是江泽民的故乡，希望大家有机会可以到扬州一游。
南昌：各位朋友，我来自南昌，就是中国革命斗争的第一枪就是在南

2、与地理方位挂钩
