A The best Christmas gift I have ever got
It was Christmas in 1961.I was teaching twenty-seven third graders in a small town.In my class,there was a quiet girl named Maria.She never smiled.
The day of gift-giving finally came.We exchanged our Christmas gifts.Through it all,Maria sat quietly watching.I had made a special bag for her,red and green with white lace.I wanted very much to see her smile.She opened the bag so slowly and carefully.I waited but she turned away.I did not break the wall of isolation(隔离) she had built around herself.
After school the children left in little groups,talking about the great day.She watched them go out of the door,and then she came to me with a small white box.It seemed that it had been held many times by unwashed hands.
She said nothing.“For me?” I asked with a weak smile.She still said nothing,but nodded.I took the box and opened it.There inside,a green marble hung from a golden chain.Then I looked into her black brown eyes.In a flash I knew — she had made it for her mother,a mother she would never see again.
I took up the chain.She took it in both her hands,reached forward,and put it on for me.I looked down at the chain,and then back at the giver.I hugged her in my arms,saying,“Oh,Maria,it is so beautiful!I love it and I think your mother would have loved it,too.” We both cried.And for that short moment I became her mother,for she had given me the greatest gift of all:herself.

The best gift I ever received is my parents.I could not have picked out better parents myself.
My mom is smart,funny,and very artistic（有艺术气质的）.She loves painting and encouraging other people to paint as well.She owns her own book and art store.And at night she teaches adult education.She helps kids that have dropped out of high school get their diploma（文凭）.She always has time for me and my brothers.She hardly ever gets mad at us and loves doing new things with us,like going to a new museum or going to the beach in the middle of winter and taking pictures of the beach in the snow.
My dad knows how to fix anything and loves to play musical instruments.He helps me with my science and other school projects.He works hard to make money for our family and hardly ever complains.
So I have to say that the gift I’m most grateful for is the one God gave me,my parents.

I started my kindergarten year when I was still very young,2 years and 9 months.I still remember my teachers taught us children’s songs.Once,the kindergarten gave us a children show with puppets at the anniversary of the founding of the kindergarten(幼儿园成立周年庆).From that day on,I always had a special feeling about the puppets.On my fifth birthday,my father gave me a lovely glove puppet.She is made of cloth.The puppet wears red clothes,that make it look like full of energy.She has a small mouth,a small nose,two small eyes,and two lovely ears.She is a cute girl,so I name her ‘Cutie’.She has accompanied（陪伴） me for almost six years.So,Cutie is just like my little sister.
When I want to say something to Cutie,I put my little hand inside Cutie.And I can put my little finger in her hands and make her move and talk to me.When I have some secrets,I just talk to Cutie and she always makes me feel like an old friend who understands me.And when I have some good news,I always share the happiness with her.Or when I feel unhappy,It"s a comfort to tell her my trouble.
Wherever I go,I often take Cutie with me.this is my favorite gift,a common puppet,but it almost means the whole world to me!

眼看接力棒就要到我手中了,我连忙做好了准备.接力棒马上就要传到我手中了,伸手,接棒,握棒!完成这些动作后,我撒腿猛跑,甩掉了其他对手,如愿以尝地把接力棒第一个交到队员手中……

We came to Malaysia Genting ,which is really fun ah !Ride the cable car will need more than ten minutes .The cable car ride I really enjoyable ride .I thought that was a very,very small Genting place,but after waiting for me from the cable car down to see Genting is really a big maze layer !Because there is a lot ,we took the elevator is not a 2A 2B,always lower than the second floor.Fortunately,there is an uncle told us ,where there was a sign ,it should be an elevator ride another son.Genting had not just a hotel,or a large playground ,gambling games,indoor playground.But I think it"s a little bad :because it is not a Chinese,and I have the language barrier .We have a place to go to buy a ticket ,those people are one asked her,is "NO,NO,NO!",So we do not know how to play those games .Fortunately,also met a Chinese,she told us to buy the original package .Then we will not play ,because there is a roller coaster I could not play .We are on the fourth floor ,there is a place to play games ,we are ready to play games,we think it is also the same as the Chinese currency to buy the game to play ,but it is not the case ,it is thirteen ringgit to buy a game card ,and then read about the card in the game you can play.I"m here to enjoy it ,very happy !

　　我们来到马来西亚云顶,那里真是好玩呀!坐缆车都需要十多分钟.这次坐缆车我真是坐过瘾了.我本来以为云顶是个很小很小的地方,但是等我从缆车下来之后,看到云顶真是一个迷宫大层!因为那里很大,我们坐电梯不是2A就是2B,总是下不到2楼.还好有一个叔叔告诉我们,那里有个标志,应该坐另外一个电梯才对.云顶原来不只是一个大酒店,还是一个大的游乐场,有赌博场、有室内游乐场.但是我觉得它有点不好：因为它没有一个华人,和我语言不通.我们一去买票处,那些人都是一问她,都是“NO,NO,NO!”,所以我们不知道那些游戏怎么玩.好在还碰到了一个华人,她告诉我们原来是买套票.然后我们就不玩了,因为那里有过山车我不敢玩.我们就上到了第四层楼,那里是玩游戏机的地方,我们又准备来玩游戏机,我们以为它和中国的一样也是买游戏币玩的,但是它却不是这样的,它是十三块马币买一个游戏卡,然后再在游戏机上读一下卡就可以玩了.我在这里尽情地玩,高兴极了!
　　自从我到了新加坡、马来西亚之后,就觉得英语是那么的重要,我以后一定要学好英语,以后去哪里都不怕!

要问我心中的榜样是谁?我会毫不犹豫地告诉你：那就是“感动中国—年度人物”之一的徐本禹叔叔了.
徐本禹叔叔的事迹是如此的平凡,但正是在平凡中见伟大：他放弃了难得的读研究生机会,从繁华大都市来到贫困的山区任教.那时,大山里没有电、没有水,甚至连最起码的平房校舍都没有.可是,徐叔叔却没有逃避、甚至没有怨言.他扛住了贫穷和孤独,扛起了本来不属于他的责任,用自己的辛勤付出去引导学生在知识海洋中翱游,用满腔热情感染着大家.“用我们的爱心,帮助那些需要帮助的人……”多么朴素的话语,多么高尚的品格,它激荡着我的心灵.
在不知道徐本禹叔叔事迹之前,我时常对周围的人不够热情,总认为“事不关已高高挂起”.记得有一次,姐姐请教我一个问题时,我极不耐烦地拒绝说：“哎!自己的事情自己做,别来烦我了.”现在想起过去的事,心里就很愧疚.我要下定决心：以徐本禹叔叔为榜样,做个热心肠的人,尽力去关心和帮助身边的人.如今,我常常为班级集体做好事,经常帮助同学克服学习上的困难.有一次,老师让我们做数学练习题,我的同桌余皓皓对一道题目百思不解,他时而向老师投去救援的目光、时而搔头抓耳,一副愁眉苦脸的样子.看他这样我关切地问“是不是遇到难题了?我帮帮你吧!”他不好意思地点了点头,于是我便像小老师似的耐心地向他一步步分析解题,直到他弄懂为止.他用感激的眼光给了我一个满意的笑容,并连声道谢.此时我的心里也乐开了花.
