从前有个老鼠村，老鼠张老爹有个漂亮的女儿张小凤，喜欢舞枪弄棒，像个假小子，可是偏偏喜欢她的帅哥多得不得了，把张家的门快挤扁了。老鼠村的状元阿龙就准备上张家提亲。
张老爹嫌阿龙胆小如鼠，就委托王媒婆给自己招一个天底下最厉害的女婿。王媒婆找到太阳，太阳说自己怕云；王媒婆找到云，云说自己怕风；王媒婆又找到风，风说自己怕墙；王媒婆又找到墙，墙说自己最怕的竟然是老鼠。转了一圈，又回到起点。王媒婆告诉张老爹：天底下最厉害的角色，就是阿龙。
为了考验这个未来的女婿，张老爹提出一个苛刻的条件：如果阿龙能制服那只专和老鼠作对的三脚猫，就把女儿嫁给他。
